1. The short version

This website sets no cookies. We run no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no social media trackers. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not follow you to other websites.

Two third parties are involved in serving the site, described in section 4. Neither is used for tracking.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It can be used for genuinely useful things — remembering that you are signed in, for example — and also for tracking behaviour across sites for advertising.

Related technologies include local storage, session storage, and tracking pixels. We describe our use of all of these below.

3. Cookies we set

None. This is a static informational website with a contact form. There is nothing to sign in to and no shopping basket, so there is nothing for a cookie to remember.

You can verify this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, go to the storage or application panel, and look at the cookies for this domain. It will be empty.

4. Third-party requests

Two external services are involved in delivering this site. We want to be straightforward about what each one means for you.

4.1 Google Fonts

The typeface used across this site is loaded from Google's font servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google Fonts does not set cookies. However, because your browser requests the font file directly from Google, your IP address and browser user agent are transmitted to Google LLC in the United States as part of that request.

Google states that it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles. If you would prefer to avoid the request entirely, a content blocker will prevent it; the site will still work and will simply fall back to a standard system typeface.

4.2 Cloudflare Turnstile

The appointment form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to traditional CAPTCHA that verifies you are a real person without asking you to solve puzzles.

Where it is active, Turnstile may place a strictly necessary token or cookie to record that the check succeeded, and it receives your IP address and limited browser characteristics. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not track users across sites and is not used for advertising. It is used solely to stop automated abuse of the form, which protects both us and you.

Because this is strictly necessary for the security of a service you have asked for, it does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

5. Other local storage

The site does not use local storage or session storage to hold information about you.

The appointment form does include one hidden field that records the moment the page finished loading. This is compared with the moment you press submit, because automated scripts complete forms far faster than people can. The value never leaves the form submission and is not stored in your browser.

6. Server logs

Separately from cookies, our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs recording the IP address, timestamp, page requested, and browser user agent of each visit. This is a normal part of running a web server and is used for security and diagnostics, not for tracking or marketing.

We also keep short-lived anti-spam records for blocked form submissions. See section 4 and section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

7. Why there is no cookie banner

Consent banners exist because most websites set cookies that require your permission — chiefly analytics and advertising cookies. This site sets none, so there is nothing to ask you about, and interrupting every visitor with a pointless dialogue would waste your time.

If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential technology, we will introduce a proper consent mechanism first, and we will not load anything of that kind before you agree to it.

8. Controlling cookies

You remain in full control of cookies regardless of what any site does. Every major browser lets you block or delete them:

  • Chrome — Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies
  • Safari — Settings › Privacy
  • Firefox — Settings › Privacy & Security
  • Edge — Settings › Cookies and site permissions

Blocking cookies will not stop this website from working, because it does not rely on them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change what this site loads or stores, we will update this page and the effective date at the top before the change goes live.
